The San Diego Chargers have announced they won't be opting out of their Qualcomm Stadium lease this fall, an action that comes as exactly zero surprise, since no new stadiums (including the proposed one east of Los Angeles) would be ready in time for them to move this year anyway.

Green Bay — During his first two NFL seasons, Kansas City tight end Tony Gonzalez averaged 46 catches, 495 yards and two touchdowns. In his 11 seasons since, Gonzalez has averaged 83 receptions, 983 yards and seven TDs. San Diego's Antonio Gates broke on the scene a little faster with averages of 53 catches, 677 yards and eight TDs in his first two seasons and reached the Pro Bowl in Year 2.
